The first step in shifting a system is understanding it.
The first step is an as-is diagnosis: understanding the system from a structural, procedural and people perspective. From there we propose a to-be strategy built on quick wins we call beacons: signals that point the change in the right direction, driven by small nudge actions.
From there, each organization decides how far to scale. Some take our action plan and continue on their own. Others we accompany, with skin in the game, through implementation, on monthly retainers that adapt to the value we create and the results we find along the way.
